the breakfast was generous with many options i was given a free upgrade it was lovely the staff were helpful and accommodating. i found the room to be lovely after the upgrade it was quite spacious and the amenities were very welcome after my long journey.

the rmb deposit surprised me it will take a couple of weeks to be returned i think the rooms need a refresh they looked very tired.

the staff greeted us warmly and professionally! they were very helpful and courteous with our luggage and offered assistance with our travel plans. we received a very thoughtful upgrade to a suite as part of our honeymoon celebration, a fruit basket and cake were delivered to our room. i really appreciated the great service.

The 2,000 rmb deposit surprised me. It will take up to two weeks to be returned. the rooms could use a revamp as they seem very worn! i think the coffee in the rooms was of poor quality.
